My Dishwasher Overfills

Inside your Dishwasher is a circular fill level sensor/switch – commonly known as the pressure switch - (switch with a small pipe on it) they tend to get blocked up over time.

Follow the pipe down to the wider pressure chamber at the bottom, this need may cleaning out. The other reason for this fault is a water valve is not shutting off the water supply after filling.

The first fault is more common. You’ll need to replace the Water Valve.
