Delivery Options

Delivery charges are based on the value, size, weight and fragility of your items. If you're ordering more than one item you only pay one delivery charge. You can check what delivery charges apply to your order in Your Basket at any time.

 Delivery Times

Our estimated delivery time is shown on the product description. For items in stock, we do our best to have them to you within 3 to 5 working days.

Customers in Ireland can choose Fastway Couriers for Standard shipping. We will endeavour to deliver the Products to you within 2 working days of your order within the island of Ireland, where this is practical.

Customers in U.K. can choose Royal Mail for Standard shipping. We will endeavour to deliver the Products to you within 3-5 working days of your order within the U.K. where this is practical.

 Delivery Conditions

We usually have them delivered well within the stated times. Items marked "Special Order" are not held in stock. Due to the vast variety of parts we sell these parts can take between 10 and 28 days to be delivered, but we'll send you an email as soon as we have an estimated delivery date. If for any reason we're not able to get your items to you within the estimated delivery time, we will email you to let you know. We'll do our best at all times to keep you posted with the progess of your order. However, some products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control. Any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only. If delivery is delayed for more than 21 days, you have the right to contact us and refuse to accept the Products. In these circumstances, we will refund any money paid by you for those Products and any delivery monies you have been charged.

We use Royal Mail and Fastway Couriers to deliver you order, but, we may use other couriers from time to time.

Appliance Parts Direct will not be responsible for any other losses, costs, damages or charges that you may suffer if we delay in supplying or do not supply those Products. At the time of delivery you will be required to validly sign-off on the delivery of the Products, after which time the Products become your sole responsibility.
