No, for transaction , security and to comply with credit card processing regulations, all orders are tracked exclusively by order number. No transaction information can be accessed by sales personnel without a valid order number.

Yes. Just contact our Customer Service Centre as soon as possible. Once it has entered the shipping process we can't cancel it. Please note, we try to give you the quickest, most effective service possible, so most orders ship the same day you place an order. You can check your order status at any time by clicking here.

Yes. We accept Cheques, Money Orders, & Postal Orders. However the goods will not be shipped until the Cheque payments have cleared our bank.

Standard Shipping is FREE to U.K. for any order over £75, and only £3.99 for orders under £75.

This is my last resort - I have tried every number I can think of and nothing seems to work. I must have lost my order number. Can anyone manually search through the thousands of order Appliance Parts Direct receives looking for my order? I understand this may not be possible.

All orders placed before 2:30 p.m. (Monday-Friday) will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:30 p.m. will be shipped the next business day. For more details, see our shipping map. Orders placed on Saturday-Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
