Find Your Model Number

All Appliances use Primary Model Numbers. Most Model Numbers are usually made up of Numbers only or a mix of Letters and Numbers. Many Primary Model Numbers begin with a Letter followed by Numbers (some Model Numbers end with a Letter, usually to indicate the Colour of the Appliance - Normally used when ordering colour parts on the outside of the Appliance) **The Letter at the end is irrelevant when ordering working parts on the Appliance e.g. belts, carbon brush kits, elements etc. **

 

**Some manufacturers use a space within the Primary Model Number e.g. AWO7361 may also look like AWO 7361. You can search for your Model Number with and without a space. **

Many of the larger appliance manufacturers use Primary Model Numbers and also Secondary Model Numbers to identify the Appliance.

We give the following examples of Secondary Model Numbers:

• Whirlpool, White Knight, Ignis - (Service No.) Begins with "8" usually 12 digits long.
• AEG - (Product/PNC No.) Begins with "6 or 9" usually 12 digits long.
• Electrolux, Parkinson Cowan, TricityBendix, Zanussi - (Product/PNC No.) Begins with "9" usually 12 digits long.
• Hoover, Candy - Begins with "3" usually 16 digits long.
