Search Tips

If you can't find your exact Model Number, you can search using either

(a) Our Advanced Search - You search for the part you need e.g. Creda, Door Hinge without knowing your Model Number.

(b) Brand Search - You select the following:

Brand e.g. Creda

The Category you need e.g. Tumble Dryer

The Part you need e.g. Door Hinge Using this search method, You'll find your parts without knowing your Model Number.

 Part No. Search Tips

You must type the complete part number into the search box to locate your part (no partial searches).

Many manufacturers have changed their part numbers over time. Often they substitute some numbers, which can make locating your part difficult.

* Common part number changes are:
* Removing dashes: 1-61609 becomes 161609
* Replacing dashes with one or more 0 (zeros): 1616-9 becomes 161609
* Replacing the letter O with the number 0 (zero)

Part numbers printed on parts can sometimes be difficult to read, or be misleading. Often the number printed on the part is not the same as the manufacturer's part number - they may have contracted another company to manufacture the part.

If you cannot locate your part, try searching for your model using the model number.

 If your search does not display your part. Try deleting the  leading letters on the Part No. e.g. HPT161609 Re-enter 161609 in the "Product Search".
 

 Model No. Search Tips

If your models no. is, for example, FLS1183W you can search for the full model number, or just FLS1183 or even just FLS, or, finally 1183!

Some manufacturers, like Zanussi (manufactured by Electrolux), may have a second model number. If you search for the model number FLS1183W you will be presented with a list of secondary model numbers. This second model number is included on your appliance's model number tag e.g. 91478961500

If your search does not display your parts. Try deleting the trailing letters from your Model No. e.g. Re-enter FLS1183 or 1183 or 1183W in the "Product Search"
