Ireland North/South Customers Shipping Costs we offer shipping to anywhere in Ireland (2-3 business days) - North and South for €8.00 using Fastway Couriers.  All packages are traceable on www.fastway.ie We'll supply you with the parcel tracking no.
U.K. Customers - Royal Mail 2-5 day Delivery.
 

Phone Orders

Don''t feel comfortable ordering products online? No problem! Appliance Parts Direct accepts orders over the phone.

To order by phone, please call us at Lo Call 0818 332211 (ROI Customers) or 0870 0673646 (UK Customers) during our customer service hours. Before calling, please note the Product Numbers of the items you wish to order.
To find the Product Number, simply click on the item you wish to order and locate the Product Number below the item name. You can then quote your credit / debit card no. to the sales receptionist.
Your part will then be shipped by the appropriate method.

Returns

Returns please contact Appliance Parts Direct at returns@appliancespartsdirect.com before returning any items. Thank you. In the event that you are asked to return the goods, you will be offered a refund or replacement, providing there is no evidence of misuse, the parts have not been used. Goods must be returned in their original packing intact. Goods not received back in an acceptable condition may be refused.
We recommend that you use some form of Recorded Postage when sending returns as we cannot issue a refund for goods that do not reach us. Please see "Contact Us" for full contact details.

4. Once the order is been processed a confirmation email will be sent to you
    

Delivery

We aim to dispatch goods within 1 - 5 working days of completion of payment process for orders paid by credit/debit card or postal order. Orders paid by cheque will not be despatched before clearance of cheque. All goods are delivered via carrier service, Monday - Friday, and require a signature upon receipt.

EU Customers

We do not normally deliver outside of the United Kingdom and Ireland at the present time but can do if you contact us for details.

Contract of Sale

A contract of sale shall be deemed to exist between Appliances Parts Direct and you when you receive a confirmation of order email from us, confirming shipping costs and the total amount that is to be charged to your credit card.
You must check that the order details, invoice and delivery address are correct and notify us immediately of any discrepancies.
We advise that you print a copy of this confirmation for your own records (this is a seperate email to the automated one that confirms that your order has been placed).

No Contract of Sale exists unless total amount and shipping costs have been confirmed and payment has been processed and cleared.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order with us at any time before the goods are dispatched and any payment made will be refunded, providing the goods have been ordered from stock.
Special consignments or pre-orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been accepted.

Send us an email with your order number, name and address. Upon receipt of stock item goods you may return them, at your own cost, within seven working days, unused and in the original packaging unopened. Providing these conditions are met we will refund the cost of the goods via the same method used for the original payment.

Please Note: These conditions do not apply for the return of faulty / damaged goods (see below).

Faulty / Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event that the goods received are faulty or damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours by email or telephone.
Depending upon the extent of the fault / damage, you may be sent a replacement part or you may be asked to return the goods in their original packaging to our address (see About Us).

**It is the Customer's responsibility to check all goods for damage and to make a written note of any damage on the carrier's paperwork before signing for acceptance of said goods.  Once goods have been signed for the Seller cannot accept any liability for damage since a clean signature invalidates any claim against the carrier.**
